Church History: From the Crusades to the Modern Age

This course examines the history of the church as it developed from the pre-reformation era to the present era. Throughout this time there have been numerous reformers, spiritual leaders, and villains who have contributed to the incredible story of the church’s past. These people, alongside certain events, have created turning points in the history of the church. This course will reflect on these turn- ing points, the key personalities, and the outcomes of these events. Throughout this course there will be times to compare and contrast the church of today with the church of the past and a discussion of which is more Biblical.
