This Volunteer Course will explore and examine strategies that enable a leader of an organization to plan for the process of volunteer recruitment, volunteer involvement, and development of assignment guides; interviewing, placing, supervising and recognizing volunteers; and issues associated with effective volunteer-staff relationships.
