We first of all want to thank you for all you have done to bring your child to the place where they are considering Bible College as a training option. You have played the most important role in their spiritual formation. You have been doing all along what we strive to do - develop innovative, Spirit-filled leaders. Well done!
We would love to be a part of the next step for your son or daughter. We realize that mixed feelings arise when it is time for your loved ones to "leave the nest". Vanguard College has been around for over 50 years, formerly as Northwest Bible College. We have always been in central Edmonton, we have always been a commuter campus, and we have always dedicated ourselves to "developing innovative, Spirit-filled leaders". And we always will.

It may be valuable for you to know that Vanguard is fully Accredited with the ABHE (Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges). This means our courses are fully transferable to related programs at other Christian Institutions. Now, you may have heard that we do not have dorms. This is true. We believe in a practical, hands on component to our training. We love to watch our students - your children - grow in a real-world setting, and get a chance to impact those around them. Even when accommodations are found, we realize that leaving home to come to College is a big step. Especially when going from small town to big city, or changing provinces. Another concern with sending the kids off to college is money. For some of you, that is an understatement.
