Organization and administration are essential skills for any children’s pastor to develop. This course will help students gain a basic proficiency in these areas by helping them take a closer look at ministry to children and their families in the local church in order to evaluate an improve it. Course topics include (but are certainly not limited to) the importance of vision, mission, and strategy, recruiting and developing volunteers and budgeting, policies and procedures.
Prerequisite: Teaching Methods and Theories of Learning
